Ambilight funktioniert nicht

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe Probleme mit meinem Ambilight, welches ich nach folgender Anleitung gebaut habe: http://powerpi.de/atemberaubendes-ambilight-am-eigenen-tv-selber-bauen-raspberry-pi-2-tutorial-teil-1/

Raspberry PI 3 Model B

Ich habe einige Bilder angehängt, um den Aufbau im unmontierten Zustand zu zeigen.

Da ich vermutet habe, dass irgendetwas an meiner Software nicht stimmt, habe ich das Testimage auf meinen RPi3 gespielt: http://powerpi.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13

Meine config.txt und hyperion.config.json ist daher die aus dem Testimage. Trotzdem füge ich den Inhalt der beiden Dateien hier hinzu:

Leider funktionieren die LEDs damit auch nicht.

Schließe ich die LEDs einmalig nur an Strom an, dann leuchten ca. 95 % aller LEDs. Ziehe ich den Strom dann ab und schließe sie danach sowohl an den RPi3 und an Strom an, leuchten nur noch zwei oder drei. Ziehe ich den RPi3 von den LEDs ab und "starte" die LEDs "neu" bleibt der Zustand mit nur zwei bis drei leuchtenden LEDs.
Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass die ersten 5 (vor allem die 5. LED) heiß werden, egal ob sie leuchten oder nicht.

Die Lötstellen sehen soweit gut aus (kann aber Fotos nachträglich noch mit anfügen). Alles wurde durchgemessen und die Werte sehen ebenfalls gut aus.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was bei mir das Problem sein könnte?

Sollten noch Informationen fehlen, dann versuche ich sie so schnell wie möglich nachzureichen.

Du könntest defekte LEDs haben. Eventuell die ersten. Entweder du ersetzt sie gleich oder holst dir noch einen led-tester wie im Tutorial beschrieben.

Was mir schonmal auffällt, aber wahrscheinlich nichts mit dem Problem zutun hat, ist das rote Kabel am Pi. Das ist ja die 5V Leitung vom Minuspol. Bei mir ist das auf dem 3ten Pin und nicht, so wie bei dir auf dem 5ten....

Bei deiner config, steht auch rgb. Hab bei meinem Nachbarn neulich auch erst Das Ambilight konfiguriert. Der LED Stripe bei Ihm sah, zumindest, was den Anschluss angeht, genauso aus. Ich glaub, da hab ich es auf "gbr" geändert, damit die Farben passen.

Es kann natürlich auch sein, dass du das Bild erstmal ordentlich croppen musst. Da stehen die Werte bei dir , beim Grabber ja überall noch auf "0".
Verbinde dich mal mit der HyperCon.jar mit deinem Raspberry und mach einen Screenshot aus dem Laufenden TV programm:
1. In der Hypercon.Jar App per ssh mit dem Raspberry verbinden
2. rechtsklick auf das bunte Bild und "hole Bild vom Grabber" auswählen.

Bei mir sind die Crop Werte z.B. links bei 37 und rechts bei 32, oben 10 und unten 16.
Es kann ja sein, dass dein schwarzer Rand über den Grabber auch so breit ist. Je nachdem , wie weit du die Abtastung ins innerer des Bildes gewählt hast, kann es jetzt sein, dass die Abtatsung nur innerhalb der schwarzen Ränder reicht und die LED's dementsprechend aus bleiben, da sie nur ein schwarzes Bild ausgeben wollen.

Prüfe mal mit einem Durchgangsprüfer/Multimeter, ob der Stecker am Stripe richtig verbunden ist. Hier gab es in einem anderen Beitrag schonmal der Fall, dass das falsch war. Also es reicht, wenn du Rot und Schwarz durchmisst...
oder wenn du kein Messgerät hast, den Schrumpfschlauch vorsichtig aufschneiden und nachsehen, ob es richtig verbunden ist.
Wenn das passt, dann deine selbst verbundenen Kabel entweder farben-gleich verbinden oder halt beim einstecken am RPi auf die Farben vom Kabel am Stripe achten!
Dann das Schwarze Kabel vom Stripe an Pin 9 vom Rpi. Blau und Grün müssen an Pin 19 und 23, diese beiden eventuell mal drehen, wenn du nicht weißt, welcher davon Data (Pin 19) und welcher Clock (Pin 23) ist.

Ach, wenn du Pech hast, hast du dir den Pin 19 geschossen....
Weil du da die 5V (Rote Leitung) vom Stripe drauf gegeben hast.
Dann wird dir wohl nichts anderes als ein neuer RPi übrig bleiben.
